Design and lead the SCB Data Science & AI Mentorship Program to train and empower staff across business units.

• Mentored over 60 staff (2021–2024) via workshops and 1-on-1 sessions
• Oversaw internal projects on onboarding automation, customer experience, and regulatory reporting
